1. LEGAL MANAGER
Plan, coordinate, and monitor activities within the Legal Department, provide legal advises and judicial matters, review all legal related documents, i.e. business contract, investment agreement, employment contract/letter, etc., and ensure it is in line with government regulation and international law in order to provide protection to company’s assets and stakeholders’ interests.

Qualifications:
Formal Education

Minimum S1 degree in Law from a reputable local or overseas university
Working Experience
-
At least 7 years experience in corporate Legal related area
-
At least 2 years in supervisory / junior management position
-
Experience in dealing with complexities of the contract / agreement, and legal issues
Other Relevant Skills

Fluent in written and spoken English

Articulate and persuasive in oral communication

Good knowledge of corporate law, including regulations and document preparation, litigation, employment regulation, and contract negotiation and preparation

Good understanding and knowledge of national, regional law and other law related to DH Energy main business

2. TAX AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER
This position will responsible to support the activities within the Finance Department, to conduct all accounting related activities which includes recording and processing data of financial transactions, calculating its tax implication and to regularly pay the tax-collected to the government tax office, in order to ensure all transactional information is recorded and posted accurately and timely, and in compliance with the prevailing tax and accounting principles and standard.

Qualifications:
Formal Education

Minimum S1 degree in Accounting from reputable local or overseas university.
Working Experience

At least 7 years in similar industry within Finance/Tax and Accounting area

At least 2 - 3 years in supervisory / junior management position

Comprehend in tax law.

Good communication skills, with fluent in written and spoken English.

Good interpersonal and managerial skills.

Strong background and knowledge in tax regulations.

Familiar with local and international accounting policy and procedures.

3. GROUP SECRETARY
Conduct routine secretarial (i.e. correspondence, preparing memo, etc) and office administration activities effectively in order to support designated divisions in performing the day-to-day operational activities effectively and timely.
